Ingredients

1 large onion chopped

2 cloves of minced garlic

5 organic zucchinis cut into cubes

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1/2 cup walnuts

Salt and Pepper to taste

 Directions

Using a non-stick pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, salt, and pepper, and sauté for a few minutes until onions are translucent. Then, add garlic and zucchini, continuing to sauté until the zucchini is completely tender and any excess liquid has evaporated.

Transfer the cooked zucchini mixture to a food processor. Add hemp seeds, walnuts, and a touch more salt and pepper for seasoning. Blend until smooth.
