Crispy Baked Tofu Schnitzel

I had to share this recipe ASAP just because it was such a success! So crunchy in the outside and so flavorful. I am addicted to crunchy food, always in a search for the healthier choices, and I must say that I found it in here. it is loaded with protein and give you the feeling of satisfaction for longer. It is gluten free divine. I served it over red lentil stew and brown rice. Super balanced meal that the whole family got to enjoy. No place for mistakes here. Very easy recipe that anyone can make.

The best tip in this recipe is to marinate the Tofu for a couple of hours or overnight. The flavors will soak into the Tofu and make it really good. Another tip is to buy the super firm Tofu possible, it will be less brakeble. Always prefer the organic one and the Non GMO.
