Roasted Cauliflower With Tahini & Sumac
Roasted cauliflower is always a good side dish or a healthy snack. It is loaded with flavor and spice. It is low in calories and packed with fiber. Super satisfying and completely guilt-free!
Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
+salt
Topping
Tahini, sumac, cilantro
Directions
Heat oven to 375 F
Take a baking sheet lined with a parchment paper. pour the cauliflower florets onto the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle turmeric, sweet paprika, garlic powder, chilli flakes and salt. Mix with your hands to distribute the spices evenly. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and tender. Leave in the oven for about 10 more minutes after turning the oven off.
Pour the cauliflower into a serving dish, drizzle with tahini ,sprinkle some sumac, cilantro and serve.
