Ingredients:
yield: 2 servings
1 frozen banana
1 stalk of celery
1 teaspoon fresh turmeric root
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tablespoon of fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup of kale
Small pear
1/2 cup almond milk
Ice - optional
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and drink immediately.
