Delicata Squash
Ingredients:
4 delicate squash, washed and sliced
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon date syrup
salt
pepper
Directions:
heat oven to 375 F
Take a baking sheet and line with a parchment paper
Lay the squash on the baking sheet, sprinkle with olive oil, cumin, date syrup salt and pepper.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes until the squash is golden brown and tender.
