Baharat Spice Blend

Baharat spice blend is used in the Middle Eastern cuisine. It comes from the Arabic word 'spices'.  It is a mixture of warm spices that add so much flavor and aroma to many dishes.  Not to mention the health benefits of each spice - priceless.

The thing is, when you make your own blend, you are in control of what's in it, and you pay much less, since you are making a larger quantity, for a fraction of the price.

A good spice blend will make your dish a success.
