Ingredients:

3 cups organic sprouted spelt flour

2 cups rye flour

1 cup arrowroot flour

1 cup buckwheat flour

1 cup brown rice flour

1 tablespoon flaxseed

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

2 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds

1 tablespoon nigella seeds

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

1.5 tablespoons agave

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cups water

Directions:

Heat oven to 375F.

Take a baking sheet and line with parchment paper.

Spray the parchment paper with olive oil spray.

In a mixer, add the dry ingredients (spelt flour, rye flour, rice flour, flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower, nigella seeds, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and nutritional yeast). In another bowl add the wet ingredients (olive oil, agave, and water). Start the mixer on low, and slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until it is all incorporated. Turn the speed a bit higher, and use the dough hook attachment. Let the dough form and knead well.

Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Then form balls, using an ice cream scooper to help create evenly sized buns. Lay on the oiled baking sheet and spray the top of the buns with olive oil. Bake for about 25 minutes. Let it cool. Serve with your favorite burger.
