Broccolini Topped With Vegan Parmesan

This is such a hit! You'll try it once and you'll get obsessed! It is so easy, so delicious and so nutritious!

My kids love it on their steamed Broccolini, on top of pasta, or on top of any savory dish. It is so much better than the real thing:)

Ingredients:

1 cup raw cashews

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1 teaspoons salt

Steamed Broccolini 

 

Directions:

In a food processor add cashews, nutritional yeast and salt.

Pulse until the texture becomes fine like sand.

Keep it in a glass jar in the fridge and top your favorite steamed vegetable or pasta with it.
