Breakfast Favorite Oatmeal
I get asked a lot about my oatmeal breakfast recipe. After years of eating toast with cottage cheese and jam, I realized how bad it was for me. My digestive system was not right, and after making the change, I feel a lot better. It completely changed my life. If you experience problems with your digestive system, try this as a morning breakfast. Together with a cup of tea, water, and even coffee, You'll see the change pretty quickly. It is very tasty and filling. The crunch from the nuts and the sweetness from the cranberries and pure maple syrup is divine! You'll love it!
